Day 8 of 21!

What a great weekend! The Daniel Fast is going pretty good. There have been a few hiccups though. For example, last night I was at a Superbowl party - and I GOT to eat fruits and drink water when normally I would have been pigging out! :) But what is refreshing about it is I was not going it alone. I am thankful for my many friends in Christ who are on this journey with me. It would be much harder to do otherwise. Our Worship time yesterday was awesome. I could really sense God's presence. Being off of coffee, I was worried about having enought energy to preach, but how quickly I had forgotten who my provider was. HE was faithful once again. Praise the God of energy! Praise HIM for HIS love endures forever! I march on because of Jesus. I am excited about each new day along this journey.
